Laura Grundler (on twitter as @GrundlerArt) kindly invited me to host her #K12ArtChat this week, and what a fantastic tweet-meet it turned out to be. The #ArtsEd community is full of vibrant, passionate teachers, ready and willing to share their knowledge.

The following record of the online discussion about technology and messy making in diverse art-making contexts is worth a read. There are resources, apps and ideas throughout. Most importantly it is an example of the power of a PLN (personal learning network). It would be great to see more educators join twitter as a way of expanding their professional development and enjoying the support of fellow teachers.
